Deorbit from Space Camp

We have deorbited from Space Camp and I have a USB of photos for all of you to keep as a momento!

Presently it is 11:22 pm and I can see the entrance to Disneyland outside our window.

Up early for a 7 am breakfast and then into Disney by 8 am. We will return here to get our bus at 6 pm to head to LAX to come home.

We skyped with Greg Chamitoff today – http://www.jsc.nasa.gov/Bios/htmlbios/chamitoff.html

He is a great supporter and personal friend of mine and it was a brilliant end to an excellent time in Space Camp!

Cant wait to hear all about it!

  2. Hope no one suffered any side effects from de-orbit but I’m sure Disneyland will help you all feel better!
We have also landed back in Australia after a long journey home from China. Is it true that you can see the Great Wall of China from space?
Look forward to seeing the pics.
Thanks again Jackie, Bob for arranging the trip. What a fantastic opportunity for the students. Special thanks to Viv from the Wagga Space Campers for getting Angus to the airport for us.

  3. Looking forward to seeing you soon! Enjoy Disneyland, can’t wait to hear all the stories!
    Love Jodi/ Mum xx
